CEMENT - LIME BASIC PLASTER - WHITE
DESCRIPTION AND USAGE: Basic mortar on a cement and lime base for external and internal surface application. Dry material, white colored powder with limestone content with granulation 0 1.2mm. It is used for plastering and filling concrete surfaces and all types of bricks.
FEATURES: Easy and fast to work with and high water retention. High adhesiveness on walls and ceilings. Without slippery and cracking if it is used according to technical instruc tions. High mechanical resistance.
APPLICATION SURFACES: It is used for plastering and filling concrete surfaces and all types of bricks. M100 ap- plication surfaces should be cleaned from dust, residues and lubricants. Applicable surfaces don’t need special treatment, unless if they have dust or bricks are overripe, should be sprinkled with clean water. Smooth concrete surfaces preliminarily should be thinly coated with tier M350. At external surface application, surfaces shouldn’t be exposed at direct sun rays, rain and strong winds. Do not apply at continuously wet surfaces. Minimal thickness is 10mm. During the application the ambient tempera- ture should be between +5C to +35C
MIXTURE PREPARATION: M100 can be applied by machine or manually. If the application is manual, one sack M100 should be mixed with 7-8 liters of clean water. Machine application process requires attention on a water-material ratio. Not to be mixed with other materials due to loosing basic characteristics. In case of longer pause break the mixer should be cleaned. Fresh mortar should be used within 2-3 hours.
