THERMO INSULATION - MATERIAL ADHESIVE - WITH FIBERS - STANDARD
DESCRIPTION AND USAGE: High quality adhesive on a cement base for thermo insulation materials (EPS-XPS) on an external or internal surfaces Dry material, grey colored dust with limestone content with 0 – 0.8mm granulation.
FEATURES: High elasticity and adhesiveness. Leveling compound for smooth concrete surfaces and mounting fiber mesh over insulation boards. High resistance to moisture. Cellu- lose fiber reinforced. High mechanical and temperature resistance and water vapor permeability. No slippery at vertical surfaces of the walls. Long working time. APPLICATION SURFACES: It is used for leveling and thermo insulation boards adhesive on surfaces preliminari- ly coated with basic plaster, concrete and different types of bricks. M461 Application surfaces should be cleaned from dust, residues and other lubricants. Applicable surfaces don’t need special treatment, unless if they have dust or bricks are over- ripe, should be sprinkled with clean water. If after 14 days mounted EPS boards are not coated with M461, then they should be scratched and applying the adhesive. At external surface application, surfaces shouldn’t be exposed at direct sun rays, rain and strong winds.
MIXTURE PREPARATION: Application is manual and the content of one sack M461 is mixed with 7-8 liters of clean water. Mix it with water to get completely homogenous compound and leave 10 minutes to swell up. Stir again lightly before application. During the application the ambient temperature should be between +5C to +35C. Working time is 2-3 hours after mixing, board mounting time is 15 to 20 minutes and correction time is up to 15 minutes after mounting.
