Bulk Density

The device for measuring the density of mixtures, also known as Bulk Density,is a parameter used to measure the specific weight of a material in a mixed or uncompacted form. This parameter expresses the mass of the material for a given volume in its free or dispersed state.

In our laboratory, the devices for measuring the density of mixtures are used to precisely determine the weight of materials such as calcium carbonate, our materials, cement, lime, etc.

This device is essential for our laboratory and builders to understand the characteristics of the material and to make appropriate choices for their use in various projects.

The main purpose of the device for measuring the density of mixtures is to provide an accurate result for the density of mixed materials

Laboratory vibrating test sieve

A laboratory vibrating test sieve used specifically for analyzing calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and sands is designed to efficiently separate and classify particles based on size. Here’s a focused description:

Sieve Shaker: This is the main component that generates the vibrating action necessary for the sieving process. It can be either mechanical or electromagnetic, ensuring consistent and efficient movement of particles.

Sieve Stack: Consists of multiple sieves with varying mesh sizes, arranged from largest to smallest. For CaCO3 and sands, the mesh sizes are selected based on the desired particle size distribution.

Base Pan: Located at the bottom of the sieve stack, this pan collects the finest particles that pass through the smallest sieve.

Cover: Used to prevent sample spillage and to maintain the integrity of the sieving process.
