THERMO INSULATION - MATERIAL ADHESIVE - WHITE WITH FIBERS
DESCRIPTION AND USAGE: High quality adhesive on a white cement base for thermo insulation materials (EPS- XPS) on an external or internal surfaces. Dry material, white colored dust with lime- stone content with 0-0.8mm granulation

APPLICATION SURFACES: It is used for leveling and thermo insulation boards adhesive on surfaces preliminari- ly coated with basic plaster, concrete and different types of bricks. M451 application surfaces should be cleaned from dust, residues and other lubricants. Applicable surfaces don’t need special treatment, unless if they have dust or bricks are over- ripe, should be sprinkled with clean water. If3 after 14 days mounted EPS boards are not coated with M451, then they should be scratched and applying the adhesive. At external surface application, surfaces shouldn’t be exposed at direct sun rays, rain and strong winds.
MIXTURE PREPARATION: Application is manual and the content of one sack M451 is mixed with 7-8 liters of clean water. Mix it with water to get completely homogenous compound and leave 10 minutes to swell up. Stir again lightly before application. During the application the ambient temperature should be between +5C to +35C. Working time is 2-3 hours after mixing, board mounting time is 15 to 20 minutes and correction time is up to 15 minutes after mounting
