GYPSUM - SMOOTHING PLASTER
DESCRIPTION AND USAGE: Internal wall smooth finish plaster previously applied with basic plaster (gypsum lime, cement and drywall board). Dry material, white colored powder with limestone content with granulation up to 0.2mm. Application thickness should be 1- 5mm. It is used for plastering of all surfaces previously applied with basic plasters M100, M110 M120, M290 etc.
FEATURES: Casy and fast to work with and high spreading ability. High adhesiveness on walls, water vapor permeability. Applied plaster can be rubbed with sandpaper to get smooth surfaces
APPLICATION SURFACES: M220 application surfaces should be dustless. Applicable surfaces don’t need special treatment. Application proceeds only after previously applied basic plaster coats get totally dry. After applied M220 gets dry can be finalized, recoated and wallpapered. Do not apply at continuously wet surfaces
MIXTURE PREPARATION: Application is manually. One sack M220 gradually is poured into 12-13 liters of clean water and continuously mixed. Working time is 30 – 60 minutes. Dried mass cannot be mixed with water and reused further. During the application the ambient temperature should be between +5C to +35C
